Colon Hydrotherapy

Also known as Colonics or Colonic Irrigation, Colon Hydrotherapy is a gentle bathing of the Large Colon with warm, purified, filtered water. The equipment used is state of the art Dotolo T-oxygen and is TGA and FDA approved. The primary benefits are hydration and removal of toxins. Restoration of peristalsis in a 'lazy' colon may also be achieved. The benefits of colonics are numerous and are well documented. A closed system is used, so that all faecal matter, gas, mucoid plaque and parasites released by you are completely enclosed, ensuring a hygienic process. For your comfort and reassurance, the therapist stays with you throughout the colonic. Natural remedies may be also used if deemed appropriate for you by your qualified therapist.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy involves a two year practitioner training programme. This therapy is a gentle and profound hands-on body therapy founded in osteopathy. It is used to gain relief from acute and chronic pain, nervous and digestive disorders and many other conditions. You lie fully clothed on a massage table for approximately 30 minutes and experience gentle hand holds with no physical manipulation. People generally find this is very relaxing.

Essential Oils

Certified Pure Tested Grade essential oils are diffused for additional outcomes and, when appropriate, may be used topically. Even the most sensitive of people have found these essential oils non-irritating, unlike fragrances or non-certified 'pure' oils that are widely available. So why not enjoy the experience! You deserve a little pampering.

AromaTouch® Technique

AromaTouch® Technique is a method of essential oil application with a clinical approach. Apart from a general feeling of well-being, you may find that your immune system functions better when you experience this beautiful method of essential oil application.

The opportunity to learn how to perform this method of essential oil application is currently offered by Jan. Perfect for parents to help their children feel more comfortable while their bodies adjust to constant change and to the environment in which they live... or for couples... to help each other cope with the stresses of modern day life that may cause uneasy feelings emotionally, aches, pains and sniffles. Many therapists learn this technique as an adjunct to their other modalities. It truly is a very effective, simple and gentle technique.

Kinesiology

In this case, Kinesiology is the term used to describe the art of energy testing, often referred to as muscle testing, to access your subconscious body and mind. The purpose is to help determine the priority imbalances and corrections specific to you. Kinesiology may be applied to structural, nutritional and psycho-spiritual/emotional imbalances and can be very empowering. Kinesiology is generally regarded as a holistic approach to reaching your potential in health and well-being on all levels as an individual being within the collective consciousness, avoiding a 'one size fits all' approach. It's all about YOU!
